Our research focuses on three areas: AI session security, behavioral governance for autonomous systems, and accountability infrastructure for AI at scale.
The framework defines three concentric governance layers: the Replication Layer (core AI behavioral boundaries), Information Security Intelligence (threat detection and session monitoring), and Product + Operations Intelligence (business-level analytics and compliance).
Each layer operates independently but shares context upward. Harpax currently implements the Information Security Intelligence layer.
